Refund policy
By placing an order through dpod.studio you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

1. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We strongly recommend a shipping insurance with tracking on returns as we cannot refund damaged returns. Any returns past the 30 days cannot be accepted or will be refunded as a store credit.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@dpod.studio .
once a returns request has been made  you will be given the Returns address
(Returns will be at the customers own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)


3. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For any replacement or refund we do require a picture of the open container and a picture of the damaged packaging. 


To return your product, you should contact our mail on support@dpod.studio. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@dpod.studio .


5. RESTOCKING FEE

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any return will be charged with a 25% restocking fee and we do not refund the shipping from the order. Any opened packages returned will be charged a 40% restocking fee. Products that are made by special order or have Extra Pigment in, cannot be returned. Any liquids can only be returned if unopened. Please contact customer support at info@dpod.studio prior to returning the item.

International orders : Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable. In the event that an order is returned to us due to customer refusal, failure to pay applicable duties or taxes, or the provision of an invalid or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected to confirm it is in acceptable condition.

 

6. LTL (Less Than Truckload)

For some larger order we will ship your order via LTL. Once the shipment has left our warehouse, we cannot change the shipping address anymore. Any delivery delay caused by wrong address or unavailability for the freight company to deliver, may result in additional storage charges which is to be paid by the customer. If the order is canceled or shipped back to us, there will be a 45% restocking fee plus all transport costs.


7. REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. In the event that a refund to the original payment method is not possible, we reserve the right to issue store credit instead.

Please note: due to limitations within our payment processing system, refunds can only be processed within 120 days of the original transaction date.

If your return request falls outside of this 120-day window, we will be unable to process a direct refund. However, to ensure your satisfaction, we will provide store credit equal to the value of your original purchase.

Kindly allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

 

8. EXCLUSIONS

Any order that is discounted, on sale, on special offer or bought with a discount cannot be refunded. We still allow for exchanges and stored credit on discounted, sale and special offer orders. Products with additional pigment or made upon special color request cannot be returned.
